Gert did a wonderful job drafting up our shareholders agreement. Of coruse, he looked out for our best interest, and was very quick to reply if we had additional questions (of which we had quite a lot). He was clear and helpful and we will definitely go back to Stip Advocatuur when we need a lawyer in the future.
